We had SO much fun for our joint Bach! The houses had plenty of space and the backyard was so nice! Chase was very quick with responses and it was a pleasure!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Chase’s place, once again. They provide everything you’d need for a wonderful experience. The views are great, everything matched the pictures, and they even have a very cool shop in lobby for drinks or things you may have forgot to bring. Look forward to coming back, and parking is so easy.

Chase is the model host - always responsive, helpful and proactive. You can tell he's very experienced! We rented both houses and they were exactly as described - beautiful, spacious and easy to use. We ended up using multiple recommendations he provided. We had 15 people staying there and every single one of them raved about the house, location and ease of use. Thanks for being awesome, Chase!

The stay at Chase's listing was perfect for a group of 6 for a week long trip. The house was exactly as listed, and all the amenities were maintained and a cherry on top to an already great stay. The house had ample room for our group of 6 as listed. The check-in and check out processes were clearly defined and listed, and was very simple to follow along with in order to make sure our entire trip went smoothly. Chase went above and beyond as a host, with great recommendations for local spots as well as quick and clear responses to any questions that arose throughout the trip. The area was superb as well, being not too close but not too far to the Broadway and surrounding city areas. Next time I am in Nashville, I know this would be the first place I would try and book again!

Had such an amazing a memorable bachelor co-ed vacation! all the cute and well thought out details at chases place made the experience so much better. the girl had a space to get ready together and relaxing in the hot tubs after a night out dancing was the cherry to a perfect day. Thank you!! Would 5/5 stay here again

Our family was in town for our daughter’s 21st birthday and after doing lots of research, settled on Pamela’s lovely place. I was so glad I found this charming apartment ! It was my first time booking on Airbnb and Pamela and her co-host, Chase, made me feel at ease anytime I had any questions, both before and after booking, up through our arrival, and throughout our entire stay. The apartment was impeccable and was exactly as described in the photos. Plenty of space for our group to socialize a little bit as well. We especially loved sitting out on the patio in the evening. It was so incredibly close to anything we wanted to do and such a great price for being only 3 blocks from Broadway ! We would recommend Pamela’s place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in downtown. We hope to visit again someday ! Thank you so much again for being such a great host (and to Chase for always responding so quickly). You both wee amazing to work with !

We had such a great time in Nashville! This place is super cute and looks exactly as the pictures do. Chase is an excellent host. Super responsive and very helpful. He has a neat site set up containing all the info you need for your trip. Would absolutely rent from him again.

We had the best time. Chase was very helpful and great communication. We definitely recommend the stay. Close to everything. Pool table and hot tub were fun. Only one issue, wish we could have stayed longer!!
