The room features a Victrola record player that allows you to enjoy country music tunes on vinyl throughout your stay and a karaoke machine! The kitchen area blends modern convenience with a modern luxe aesthetic. Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The island with blush pink velvet barstool seating, illuminated by our black and brushed gold pendant lights, offers the perfect spot to gather and enjoy a meal while sharing stories and creating lasting memories. As you make your way to the bedrooms, you'll notice the luxe charm continues. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, our cowgirl and cowboy bedrooms. One room carries our pink cowgirl theme with cactus decor, while another welcomes our fellow cowboys to our rental. Comfortable beds draped in crisp linens ensure a restful night's sleep, preparing you for the adventures that await. One of our bedrooms includes a vanity room -- get ready for a memorable night of FUN on Broadway! The bathroom is a serene oasis with a touch of cowgirl flair. With plush towels, it offers modern amenities and a relaxing ambiance. Unwind in the bathtub or step into the spacious shower, surrounded by Nashville inspired prints. Stepping outside, you'll discover a private balcony that serves as an extension of the luxe cowgirl vibe. Enjoy the warm sunshine and fresh air as you relax on the outdoor area, equipped with comfortable seating and the city atmosphere. This space is the perfect setting to unwind and reminisce about the fun in Music City. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
