Neighborhood
Nashville is a quickly growing city of developing neighborhoods. Elizabeth Park is an up-and-coming neighborhood. Our guests have always felt safe and have had no complaints. As with any major urban city, make smart decisions. Lock doors, don't keep valuables in the car, don't share your entry code outside your group, and don't walk outside well-populated areas at night (Broadway, Midtown, The Gulch etc.). Everything is a short, inexpensive Uber/Lyft away. 1.5 miles to Germantown 1.9 miles to Downtown 2.1 miles to Broadway 2.2 miles to Midtown & Music Row 2.3 miles to Top Golf 2.6 miles to The Gulch 5.9 miles to 12 South Only only 15 minutes from the BNA airport. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping within 2 miles. Ted Rhodes golf course is 5 minutes away and others are 15-20 minutes Radnor Lake and Piercy Priest are a 15-20 minute drive. The Grand Ole Opry is a 20-minute drive.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house except for a storage closet in the master bathroom, owner's closet in the living room behind the couch. The garage supply closet is locked as well. These will remain locked and for owner's use only.
